Sample Itinerary

Day 1:

A Day 1: Arrive into Scotland and be met by one of our team who will assist you with your luggage and take you to your transport where you will be transferred to the Dalmahoy Golf and Country Club – Tucked away on the outskirts of Edinburgh in one of Edinburgh Top resorts. You will have a day pass to play Dalmahoy’s West Course- A shorter but incredibly challenging course with tight fairways and undulating greens. Afterwards you can relax in the hotels spa before enjoying an evening meal in the Hotel’s Brasserie.

Day 2:

Day 2: After a Scottish breakfast you will make the short transfer to the Turnberry Ailsa Course. One of Scotland’s top courses and home of the famous ‘Duel in the Sun’ battle between Nicklaus and Watson and some idyllic holes will seriously test your golfing capability. Dinner will be arranged in one of Edinburgh’s finest restaurants. You will then have the opportunity to spend the evening in Scotlands’s capital city where you will be treated to a Ghost tour of Edinburgh’s underground vaults.

Day 3:

Day 3: After breakfast you will relax on the hotel ground and play Dalmahoy’s Championship East Course where you will face a different test of golf. A heathland course that demands accuracy with tree lined fairways, doglegs and undulating greens- this course will test your golfing skills to the max. Relax and utilise the facilities before enjoying an evening meal in one of Edinburgh’s finest restaurants then on to one of Edinburgh top attractions – The Edinburgh Dungeons.

Day 4:

Day 4: After breakfast golf today will be played at the ‘World famous’ Gleneagles Resort. You will have the have the opportunity to play any(or All) of the three world class courses. these courses are a real test of golf in Scotland and an opportunity to play a proper Ryder Cup venue in the PGA Centenary course.Upon return to the hotel, you will be taken back into Edinburgh for dinner then taken on one of Edinburgh’s premium Open Top bus tours where you will see the sights of the city in all its evening glory.

Day 5:

ADay 5: After breakfast golf today – The ‘ultimate’ experience. The Old Course (handicap permitting). The toughest test of golf anywhere in the world where you will experience the thrill of the 1st Tee , the testing front nine and the famous back nine featuring the 17th ‘Road Hole’ – quite simply the toughest par 4 anywhere in the world culminating in that famous walk over the Swilcan bridge and up the 18th fairway. You will then have dinner in one of St Andrews finest restaurants and have the opportunity to wander around St Andrews and marvel at the history in the ‘Home of Golf’

Day 6:

After breakfast we will transfer you back to the airport in plenty of time for your flight back home and present you with a personalised gift compliments of Go-golf Scotland.
